Caroline is our marketing super-power, helping create, drive and maintain the Steadman Brown brand, across the Salesforce ecosystem.

I joined Steadman Brown in February 2024 as their Marketing Manager. Originally, I was looking to become a graphic designer, but then found my way into the digital marketing world. My career started at a recruitment agency and I had always wanted to find my way back into that sector.

As Marketing Manager, my role is to ensure that Steadman Brown thrives within the Salesforce ecosystem and becomes the go-to agency for Salesforce recruitment in the UK. My responsibilities include social media management and generation of content, website development, SEO, copywriting and so much more.

Before joining Steadman Brown, I was unfortunately made redundant. When I was searching for work, it was the director, Lewis, who reached out to me on LinkedIn about the opening for Marketing Manager.

I hadn’t heard of them before this, but after looking over the website and social media, it really did intrigue me. What sold me however was speaking with Lewis. He came across as incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and when discussing the role, I knew this would be perfect for me.

Though I may not be directly assisting candidates and clients with their recruitment needs, I do feel a sense of accomplishment and pride that I may have had a part in their journey with Steadman Brown.
