Scarlett Saunders

Business Operations Manager

Scarlett’s primary role as Business Operations Manager is looking at how to improve the customer experience and sales process overall. 

I had been a waitress for a few years before I began at Steadman Brown. I decided to try and get into the recruitment industry because I wanted a career where I knew I could use my customer service background, but also develop in an ever-growing field. I love talking to people and being there for them, so it seemed like a good fit!


After Joined Steadman Brown as a recruitment consultant, I soon realised that my talents lay elsewhere, leading me to become the business operations manager. My daily duties include analysing and managing the company's financial accounts, CV screening, responding to clients, focusing on learning and development for the team, and more. I am glad I still get to include aspects of Recruitment in my daily duties!

My role has already taught me countless new skills, and I am super excited to see what else it has in store.
