Our Recruitment Process

Nobody wants a long drawn out recruitment process, that's why we've kept our simple. 

We average a total of 15 days from advertising roles to making an offer through our five step process. 

The first step to any recruitment process is understanding what it is you're looking for. We’ll discuss your company, specific requirements needed from the candidate and future goals. But if you’re unsure of anything, we are here to guide and advise. 

Using our extensive network, we now conduct our search for candidates. Our head-hunt approach means that we actively search for CVs, not just relying on candidates to apply. 

With every potential candidate we do a full screening process going into detail about their experience, skills, qualifications and themselves. We will only send candidates that we believe are the best fit for your role and organisation. 

We act as the middleman in arranging and booking interviews to ensure full transparency between the candidate and client. Yet if you need advice or guidance during the interview process our team are on hand to assist. 

After interviews are completed and you have found your future Salesforce professional, we'll assist in offering the job offer and work with both parties with the onboarding process.
