Having created, built, and managed Salesforce recruitment teams for two other companies, the next challenge for me was simple, to do it my way.

I started the business from my spare bedroom in late 2017, and I’m immensely proud of how Steadman Brown has become a real major player in the UK Salesforce Recruitment Market, with a ever-growing team of Salesforce certified recruiters.

The last 12+ years of recruiting Salesforce experts has allowed me to build up a deep network of Salesforce experts, helping many of the finest Salesforce partners in Europe, and customers of Salesforce hire expert Salesforce talent.
