Jason focuses primarily on recruiting Salesforce Consultants on behalf of our Salesforce implementations partner clients.

I joined Steadman Brown at the end of July 2024, and although I have only been a recruitment consultant for a month, I've already learnt a great deal about Salesforce and the recruitment sector. I will be specialising in Salesforce Consultant recruitment, working with talent professionals across the country to find their dream Salesforce opportunities. 

Before perusing the world of recruitment, I worked in retail while completing my A-Levels before joining the recruitment world, and then after I was pursuing personal goals which included taking part in a boxing charity fight for Cancer Research UK which raised over £30,000. 

I knew I wanted to get into recruitment as I have a friend who’s in it, and from his experiences knew that it was the path for me. I started to look for roles when I was lucky enough to have Lewis reach out to me and invite me to the office for an interview.

I love how hands on the learning is here and how welcoming and supporting the team are as I begin to get more experienced within the ecosystem and the recruitment industry, and I look forward to working with all sorts of people from different walks of life and helping them find new salesforce opportunities.
