Toby Mugford

Toby is our Business Development Manager at Steadman Brown. He's in charge of reaching out to new customers and introducing them to our Salesforce recruitment services. 

I started my career in recruitment in 2020 and spent 5 years hiring into the Supply Chain market, mainly in Germany and Switzerland. I then moved into Business Development for fast-growing SaaS companies, where I could help build their customer base and brand awareness.

 Steadman Brown combines my backgrounds in recruitment and business development, and sets me up well to very well in this role. The company addresses a real need in the market at the moment for well-qualified Salesforce professionals and I was impressed with the knowledge and network the team has within the market.

I'm excited to become part of the Salesforce ecosystem and work with clients to build their Salesforce capability. I love when I can build strong partnerships with companies to grow critical teams, especially when they are a household name and I get to point out that I work with them in my day-to-day life!
