Josh is our Marketing Executive. He's responsible for our online presence, and using his marketing expertise to maintain and grow the Steadman Brown brand. 

I joined Steadman Brown in April 2025 following the completion of my Marketing apprenticeship. I knew I wanted the next step in my career to be a big one, and I can’t think of a better place where I would have liked to have done it. 

Prior to this role, I was a Marketing Apprentice for a commercial real estate company. Once I completed my course, I knew I was ready for more responsibilities to push me further. When I finished my previous role, it was the company director Lewis who reached out. After looking into the company, I was interested in the change in sector as it would be a completely different form of marketing and a brand new challenge. 

Before I was working in a team of 30+ marketers, and now that I am the only marketer in the company, it brings many more responsibilities and pressure, but it’s a challenge I’m enjoying. 

As the Marketing Executive, my role is to continuously push for improvement in brand exposure. It’s my responsibility to ensure Steadman Brown remains the UK’s leading Salesforce recruiter and demonstrates this through our marketing. My responsibilities include social media management, content generation, copywriting, website development and more. I don’t directly engage with our candidates and clients, but I work very closely with the team to boost overall performance!
