Alex joined the team in May 2025. 

During my studies at University, I found myself working in Property Sales. I suppose I fell into sales, but instantly fell in love with the people side of the business. My previous role provided valuable experience in a client facing role, and meant I quickly gained an understanding of a fast-paced sales environment. This, combined with my volunteer background in Scouting, created a desire for me to work with people and build positive relationships. 

I realised recruitment is an area where I could thrive and succeed. It allows me to combine everything I want out of a career. I can channel and focus my ability to build relationships and help Salesforce professionals seeking a new adventure in their careers. 

Steadman Brown has been great so far. The people are fantastic, there is limitless opportunity for growth, and it really is a team where we all care for each other and the people we work with. 

I am excited to continue growing within the industry, learning more about Salesforce and from a great team.
