- We are working with a leading business based in Billericay, Essex, who are looking to hire a Salesforce Manager.
This company have been embracing the power of Salesforce for several years, and it currently drives several core business departments. As the business continues to grow, the demand for salesforce functionality increases with it.
The Salesforce Manager will oversee the platform, and work with senior management and the executive team, to ensure Salesforce is aligned with the business targets and objectives.
You will manage a team of in-house Salesforce Administrators, who are responsible for the daily support of Salesforce and its user-base. Your role will be to consult the business on existing business processes, and migrate these ito Salesforce automations, using out of the box functionality.
Required skills and experince- 3+ years Salesforce administration / customisation skills
- Experience managing and overseeing a complex Salesforce org
- Strong problem solving skills
- Project Management experince
- Experince working in a Business Analyst capacity; process mapping, documentation, mock-ups etc
- ADM201 certified
This is an office based position, with flexible working arrangements.
