Steadman Brown was launched on the back of our founder’s 6 years’ experience and success, head-hunting and recruiting Salesforce experts internationally. During this period many agencies have jumped on the Salesforce train, however very few offer a headhunting model, with a bespoke customer service.

The recruitment eco-system is full of agencies who will claim to be: the biggest, the market leader, have the largest database.  However this is just a product. What truly defines an agency’s quality is their customer service.
