About the company
Steadman Brown is working with a leading UK charity, looking to hire a Salesforce-skilled Project Manager. This business already uses Salesforce to power its Sales and Service functions, whilst also utilising the power of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) to create tailored journeys and experiences for its B2B customers.
With Salesforce at the heart of the non-profit organisation, they have an extensive CRM Roadmap ahead to further develop the CRM platform.
About the role
You will be part of a UK Salesforce/CRM Team of 7 people, including Salesforce Architects, Analysts, and Developers! The right candidate will have the ability to oversee a range of Salesforce projects from end to end, ensuring success for the company's mission.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the Salesforce team is well-resourced and up-to-date throughout the project from design to implementation
- Lead out the discovery phase
- Manage stakeholders throughout each process
- Explore relevant technologies that can support the teams' mission
- Deliver training to colleagues when it is appropriate
Required skills and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in a Salesforce or CRM Project Manager post
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Agile Methodology
- Experience working with API integration projects
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud - Highly advantageous
This is a UK-based, remote position.
Salary £45-53k per annum
