What you will be doing:
 
  • Continually speaking with candidates to understand their skills and suitability for current/future positions we have.
  • Working with clients to understand their recruitment needs and helping to create a solution for them.
  • Identifying new potential clients and working with our business development team to introduce Steadman Brown to them.
  • Negotiating with candidates and clients, regarding salaries and fees.
  • Management and updating the CRM system.
  • Networking and socialising with clients and candidates.

 
What we are looking for..
 
Must
  • Suitable English language and Maths’s skills
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • You must be confident, and happy to spend large amounts of the time on the phone.
  • You must be motivated, competitive, and hate losing!


Not essential
6+ months experience within a sales / customer orientated position is highly desirable.
