Steadman Brown are niche focused Recruitment Company founded in November 2017. We help major companies recruit the finest Salesforce talent globally, for clients such as; Formula 1, GHD, Halfords and RSPCA.
We're growing fast, with plans to keep expanding, and also open a office in the USA next year.
We're looking to hire 2 new Recruitment Consultants, to join the team in Dartford, Kent, as we continue to grow!
Sales/Recruitment experience is not required. Instead we look for driven, motivated and confident people, who are keen to build a career.
We will provide you all the training needed, mentor and coach you, to become a leading recruiter in the space, with opportunities for you to move into a 360 Consultant role or stay within a Delivery focused position.
We are based in Dartford Kent and are looking for someone local / able to be office based.
Salary open to discussion + commission + company profit bonus scheme
Estimated earning potential:
Year 1: £30-45k | Year 2: £45-65k | Year 3: £70-100k+
Requirements
- 6+ months experience in business facing position
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- You must be a team player
- Comfortable being on the phone for large periods of the day
- A desire to win - you must be competitive!
- Money motivated!
