Description
Steadman Brown are working with a leading Salesforce partner in the UK, who are growing at over 30% year on year.

As they continue to grow, they are looking to expand their Sales team, and hire a Salesforce Account Executive, to drive their new business activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with handling a full end to end cycle from lead generation right up to implementation.

This client would like this candidate to have a focus on new business in the SMB and Mid-Market space in multiple sectors/industries.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • To be able to present customised CRM solutions tailored to each leads business structure, existing tools and unique demands.
  • To be able to demonstrate and execute a consultative sales approach (engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to gain insights into their specific CRM needs, hurdles and objectives.
  • To be able to prove yourself and efficiently convert warm leads provided by BDR's or by your personal business development into confirmed clients.

Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in successfully selling CRM solutions
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience selling Salesforce is advantageous

Benefits
  • Salary of up to £70,000 - double OTE
  • Fully remote working
  • 4 day working week
