Summary:
We are partnered with a globally renowned business who have are working with some of the biggest companies around the world!

Our client is looking to bring a Salesforce expert into the business to create a "single source of truth" internally, working across 4 main Salesforce Orgs and building their internal system from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Head of Salesforce include but are not limited to:
  • Taking ownership of Salesforce within the business.
  • Working with Stakeholders to understand their needs from Salesforce.
  • Plan full, end-to-end project timelines.
  • Guiding your team to achieve successful delivery of the projects.
  • Managing teams of both internal and external resources (Consultants and Developers) on implementations.

Requirements:
The successful Head of Salesforce must have a proven track record working in a Salesforce-centric environment where they have led successful Salesforce implementations and/or system improvement projects, managing stakeholder relationships and both internal and external teams.

The Head of Salesforce should also have vast experience with change management and the ability to challenge C-suite stakeholders where necessary. It is also essential the applicant have experience across core Salesforce products (Sales and Service Clouds) with some additional products being advantageous.

On Offer
On offer for the Head of Salesforce is a salary of up to £90,000, plus a comprehensive benefit package
