Steadman Brown are currently working with a highly regarded and world-renowned arts charity who are searching for someone to join as Salesforce Senior Admin.
The purpose of this role is to manage the Salesforce system and drive ongoing improvements through skilful knowledge of Salesforce. You will provide hands-on support and technical guidance to end users, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the system. This is an exciting opportunity to own and develop the long-term roadmap and strategy, enabling its optimisation and ensuring seamless integration with other platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the smooth and effective running of Salesforce system offering advice and hands-on support to end users.
- Manage and own the support case queue, resolving cases where possible, escalating the most complex cases to our external support.
- Collaborate with users and external support to optimise, resolve bugs, and deliver new integrations.
- Drive process and workflow changes on Salesforce to align with evolving business requirements.
- Deliver process and workflow changes as needed for business requirements and facilitate the smooth implementation of new Salesforce features from product changes.
- Lead on the optimisation of Salesforce in-house, working with users to develop new and existing business processes and automations, using Flows where appropriate.
- Review, update and maintain training plans, materials, and documentation for users, tailoring to support specific user needs.
- Lead new user and ongoing training sessions, train new and existing users.

Skills Required
- Experience of writing or maintaining user documentation.
- Previous Salesforce administration experience.
- Sound judgement skills and a well-developed sense of when to escalate issues.
- The ability to work with users of all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely at both a technical and non-technical level.
- Good organisational skills: ability to oversee multiple projects and prioritise resources where necessary and work on own initiative to deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to deliver training to a range of users, tailored to their needs and levels of expertise.
- Experience with building and delivering marketing emails, html and building nurture campaigns is desirable
Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
Certified Salesforce Administrator Credential.
