Salesforce Developers and Architects can expect to speak with Josh Printer, Charlie Thomas and Alex Kelly, 3 of our seasoned Salesforce head hunters who specialize in the field.
 
Josh Printer - Team Lead for Salesforce Developers and Architects
Josh was Steadman Brown's second hire way back in 2018. In addition to having over 4 years of experience recruiting top Salesforce professionals, Josh recently obtained his Salesforce Associate certification. During the early stages of Josh's Salesforce recruitment career, he heard "Lewis Steadman" and "Steadman Brown" repeatedly from his candidates. In one case, a candidate stated that this was his 'go-to' recruiter for Salesforce. As a result of Josh's interest, years later he now leads a team of Salesforce recruitment consultants, Alex and Charlie, whose sole responsibility is to recruit Salesforce developers and architects. This includes all aspects of Salesforce Architect positions, whether they are Technical, Solutions, or Data Architecture positions.

 Charlie Thomas - Consultant
In June 2022, Charlie joined the Steadman Brown team as a Salesforce Head-Hunter, changing careers from an Estate Agent. Since starting, Charlie has gained a great deal of knowledge regarding the Salesforce Eco-system and what it takes to become a go-to head-hunter within this field. Plus he's Salesforce Associate certified! He is a specialist in the recruitment of Architects and Developers, using his expertise to assist Salesforce experts in identifying what is lacking in their current roles anhelpinglp them advance in their careers. In order to ensure that both clients and candidates are satisfied with our services, he consistently places both parties' satisfaction at the top of his priority list. 

Alex Kelly- Consultant
Alex works closely with her colleague Charlie Thomas as a member of Josh Printer's team. Throughout the Salesforce ecosystem, Alex places both developers and architects in new Salesforce positions. There are many recruiters who will speak with candidates, obtain basic information, and pass several CVs to clients in the hope that one of them will be chosen. If you are familiar with Steadman Brown, you will know this is not the way we work, and that is reflected in Alex's work. As she speaks with candidates, she hopes they can sense that she is committed to finding the best position for them, and that Steadman Brown is different, understanding how much work is involved behind the scenes.
