Hello, I am Charlie, a Salesforce headhunter specialising in the recruitment of Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Architects.
In June 2022, I joined the Steadman Brown team as a Salesforce Head-Hunter, changing careers from an Estate Agent. Since starting, I have gained a great deal of knowledge regarding the Salesforce Eco-system and what it takes to become a go-to head-hunter within this field.
I am part of team Wolves, along with Josh, our team lead, and Alex, who is our other Salesforce head-hunter. We specialise in the recruitment of Architects and Developers.
