Hello, I’m Caroline, and I’m the Marketing Manager for Steadman Brown.
As the most recent member of the team joining in February 2024, I have almost 5 years of experience in digital marketing and a background in Graphic Design. As Marketing Manager, my role is to ensure that Steadman Brown thrives within the Salesforce ecosystem and become the go to agency for Salesforce jobs. My responsibilities include social media management and generation of content, website development, SEO, copywriting and so much more.My career in digital marketing started in the recruitment sector, and I’ve wanted to come back to recruitment for a long time. So being able to work at Steadman Brown and with such a proactive team really is an honour.
We asked Caroline...
What attracted you to Steadman Brown?
It was the director, Lewis, who reached out to me on LinkedIn about the opening for Marketing Manager. I hadn’t heard of them before this, but after looking over the website and social media, it really did intrigue me. What sold me however was speaking with Lewis. He came across as incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and when discussing the role, he sold it to me.
What’s the best thing about recruitment?
As mentioned, I do have experience in working in the recruitment sector as a marketer, and being able to see the amount of people finding their dream role really does give you a sense of accomplishment and pride.
How do you spend your down time?
Currently, I’m trying to get into starting more crafts such as pottery and embroidery/crochet. Otherwise, I love visiting galleries and museums, shopping, country walks and decorating my first home.
