Steadman Brown hired me as their second employee in 2018 and I have not looked back since then. It was completely by chance, as I was with another Salesforce recruitment organisation solely focusing within the Salesforce Contract Market to begin with.

During my time with previous employers, I kept hearing "Lewis Steadman" and "Steadman Brown" from many of my candidates. So I took it upon myself and asked Steadman Brown if they were looking to hire.

At the beginning of 2024 I was promoted to delivery manager. As the Delivery Manager, I manage the team of specialised Salesforce recruitment consultants to deliver top quality service to candidates and clients. We work with Salesforce professionals across the UK, Europe and USA.

My role has changed over the years, but delivering the best service I can for both the customer and candidate has stayed the same. I love that Salesforce as a technology is always changing and that I can add value to customers and as corny as it might sound, affect people's lives for the better.
