About the Company
I am working with a leading Salesforce consultancy specialising in building Salesforce instances for some of the biggest names across the UK. They work on providing multi-cloud Salesforce solutions for leading businesses that have invested in Salesforce.

About the role
This role is fantastic for those that have experienced Salesforce in a hands-on capacity, and have the desire to grow even further with Salesforce. You will work on multi-cloud implementations, gaining valuable experience whilst working with some of the best Salesforce professionals, being business-facing to gather requirements and provide solutions with Salesforce.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for the Junior Salesforce Consultant will include but not be limited to:
  • Being hands-on daily with Salesforce, supporting clients by improving and maintaining the platform.
  • Gathering business requirements from various clients, understanding them and providing solutions with Salesforce.
  • Translating technical terms to non-technical personnel, allowing them to fully understand any changes or solutions provided.
  • Working as part of a team and individually to complete tasks and achieve any goals that have been set.

Requirements
  • Excellent hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • A great understanding of the core Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions
  • Salesforce certified administrator
  • Experience working within a consultancy (Desirable)
