Description
We are working with a brand new Salesforce Partner ready to embark on a hyper-growth moment. They are looking for their first Salesforce Technical Consultant to join them and be there from the very beginning.

This is a great opportunity for someone to really jump all in and ride the hyper-growth with them. As you will be the first in, you will evidently help them expand and grow a team around you for you to take the lead when the time is right.

What they are looking for:
  • Proven experience in a Consultancy environment as a Salesforce Consultant
  • A Technical understanding and the ability to speak with technical teams
  • Experience working as a Salesforce Developer or with Apex, LWC and integrations within your career.
  • Be able to translate technical requirements to non-technical people
  • Be able to design solutions both functional and technical based on clients' needs.
  • Have a very strong understanding of the latest Salesforce features and functions
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to support the Director when speaking with prospective clients
  • Have an excellent understanding of Salesforce best practices and be able to implement this within the business
  • Understanding of DevOps process and tools
  • Experience or the ability to mentor, guide and lead teams
  • Experience implementing core Salesforce from the ground up (CPQ, FSL, Marketing Cloud is a bonus)

This is a very client-facing and hands-on role however the role will change throughout your growth and may require you to wear different hats when needed.
