There's Josh, a cool, calm, get-it-done type of guy who was recently promoted to delivery manager! He ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our recruitment team are always on top form.

Then there's Caroline, our Digital Marketing Manager who joined us in February '24! Offering up her creative mind to create some juicy visuals for the business, Caroline works from home (up North) so will have something to say about the weather at least twice a day.

Then there's Ronnie, Getting stuck into all things SF recruitment and bossing it every day. And then our newest member of the team, Jordan, who has come from a sales background and into his first recruitment role! No doubt he'll nail the role.

And last but not least, Oscar, perhaps our friendliest SB crew member! Our 4 legged mascot, the recycling manager, and the clean-up director if crumbs get spilled at lunch.
