Profiling
We care about your hiring needs. We are not in it for the money and we are not in it for the sale. It is about assisting companies in finding the right candidate and finding our candidates the perfect Salesforce role. For the purpose of identifying and attracting the most qualified Salesforce candidates for the position, we will gather as much information as possible. In most cases, you will provide us with a clear job description, a list of requirements, a list of important skills and attributes, and any other key requirements.

Sourcing
We have a large database of Salesforce candidates who are skilled, prepared, and ready to move on to their next career opportunity. The first step will be to arrange interviews with candidates internally, in order to ensure that they are a good match for you and vice versa. Then, our team will provide you with information about each candidate and assist you in arranging the final interview, whether that takes place in stages or not.

Offer Extension and Negotiation 
If you identify a candidate you would like to hire, we will assist you in handling the offer and compensation negotiations with that candidate. As we manage offer negotiations on your behalf, you will save time and ensure that the candidate has a primary point of contact throughout the hiring process. 

Onboarding
And that's it, you've hired the candidate! As well as assisting both parties in the completion of the necessary paperwork for employment, Steadman Brown will ensure that your new hire feels comfortable and excited about joining your organization.
