McLaren racing secures multi-year Salesforce partnership to improve fan CRM capabilities????️????

Salesforce announced yesterday, 21st March, a new partnership with McLaren Racing that will further expand its presence in Formula 1.Using the Salesforce 360 platform, the #McLaren #Formula1 team is now able to enhance its relationship with its fans all over the world, as well as expand into new markets and reach new potential customers.

Specifically, McLaren will leverage #Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft to enhance its communication with fans and partners, as well as to modernize its internal IT infrastructure.

Aside from the undeniably recognisable Salesforce branding set to appear in the team garages as part of this partnership, McLaren will receive "new and enhanced digital fan experiences" throughout the 2023 Formula 1 season.

On top of this, as part of this initiative, the team will provide its fans with bespoke opportunities through the McLaren App, a new digital guest check-in experience tailored to their personal preferences, and exclusive McLaren Plus offers.
