Highlights
- Salesforce RVP of Sales, Nick Harris, sat down with Cpl's Talent Evolution Group's Managing Director, Aine Fanning, to provide sharper insights into customer relationships. During the session, it was stressed how important it is to understand the needs and wants of customers in order to establish long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.
- Stripe's Head of Global Sales, Eileen O'Mara, discussed the importance of focusing on customer value and how it can facilitate effective growth.
- The event also placed a strong emphasis on employee and customer experience. In their fireside chat with Deirdre Purcell, AVP of Sales, Sander Brakel, VP of Customer Experience, and Piotr Iwanicki, Global Commercial Excellence Director, discussed elevating the customer and employee experience.
- The event, presented in partnership with Salesforce Vetforce & The Poppy Factory, also featured The Great May Escape Challenge, which focused on mental health and supported veterans in their employment journey.

The event was held at the Salesforce Dublin tower in the Irish capital, a landmark representing the tech industry's influence on the city. Located within the city's Silicon Docks, this magnificent skyscraper stands at an impressive 160 meters, making it the tallest building in Ireland.
Sustainable practices are one of the key features of the Salesforce Tower. LEED Platinum certification has been achieved by the building, the highest rating available for sustainable buildings. Among the tower's green features are the use of energy-efficient lighting and heating systems, rainwater harvesting systems, and advanced air filtration systems that maintain a high level of indoor air quality.
