It's #2023, the first working day of the year - Steadman Brown is back in the office and ready to take the Salesforce Eco-system by storm.
We thought it would be a fun idea to share our personal #goals for the #newyear and what we have accomplished so far.
We asked our team members what they accomplished in #2022 and what they want to accomplish in 2023! Here's what they came up with..
Joshua Printer
- Accomplishments in 2022: Josh got a new car, increased his income, and lost weight! Bravo Josh.????
- 2023 goals: Increase his income further, lose weight, buy a fancy watch, and play more golf.
Connor Howe
- Accomplishments in 2022: Connor was promoted to team lead, made top biller of the year, and moved into a house from a flat! What a fantastic year for Connor!
- 2023 goals: Buy a car now he has passed his test, Move up within the company internally and become a Certified #salesforceassociate !
Paul Lawrence
- Accomplishments in 2022: Paul landed his business development job at Steadman Brown, got a new car and new teeth! Can't complain about that!
- 2023 goals: To smash his new year's resolutions, get a cheeky pay rise and buy a house! You've got this Paul!
Mercia-Maria Harte
- Accomplishments in 2022: Mercia moved out of her parent's and into a rental property with her partner, landed her marketing manager role at Steadman Brown, and managed to fit in 8 holidays!
- 2023 goals: Buy her first house, get a new car, lots more holidays and of course a pay rise along with professional development!
Olley Thorpe
- Accomplishments in 2022: Olley made a few deals, was most improved of the quarter at Steadman Brown, and learned a lot about recruiting and Salesforce.
- Goals for 2023: This year Olley plans to build new relationships, increase his deals, and meet and exceed his professional and personal goals!
Ronnie Mahoney
- Accomplishments in 2022: Ronnie landed his new role at Steadman Brown, made a strong start to his savings, and bagged his first deal!
- 2023 goals: Ronnie plans to learn to drive, save a lot, and advance in his professional career.
Max Goodger
- Accomplishments in 2022: Max passed probation early, started on a whole new career path, and had his best financial year yet!
- 2023 goals: Max plans to go on a solo holiday, hit his annual targets before the end of June, and move out!
Tayler Watson
- Accomplishments in 2022: Last year Taylor smashed her saving goals, quit smoking, and completely changed her career path! Well done!
- 2023 goals: This year Tayler plans to buy a property, reach her new saving goals and be the most successful version of herself!
Charlie Thomas
- Accomplishments in 2022: Last year Charlie booked more shows than ever, got a new job at Steadman Brown, and earned the most cash to date!
- 2023 goals: This year Charlie wants to book MORE shows, embark on more holidays and earn more money!
Alex Kelly
- Accomplishments of Alex in 2022 include getting her name in the Salesforce recruiting market, getting in-depth technical knowledge, and building her network!
- 2023 goals: Alex wants to improve her LinkedIn interactions, be more consistent in her professional life, and get more organized!
