What attracted you to Steadman Brown?
In a conversation with Lewis on LinkedIn, I immediately developed a deep understanding of both the Salesforce recruiter role and the company he has built. It was not a typical recruitment piece, Lewis wanted to get to know me for who I am, making the position more appealing to me.
What's the best thing about recruitment?
My favourite aspect of Salesforce recruitment is building a rapport with Salesforce Consultants and understanding what they are looking for from their next step. Each day, you encounter new terms and situations, and it is a continuous process, but I look forward to becoming an expert in Salesforce soon. From a personal standpoint, I enjoy the feeling of hitting my targets and the overall praise that I receive. Coming from a competitive background, I always strive to achieve the best.
How do you spend your downtime?
Over the past 11 years, I have played football every week. Recently, I have begun exercising at the gym, which is an excellent way to wind down at the end of each day. In addition to exercising, I spend most of my time with my girlfriend and my family.
Superpower qualities?
Changing the weather would be something I would like to be able to do.
Fav food & drink?
Sausage and mash is my favourite! I would choose a Pepsi Max cherry drink as my favourite drink.
Fav film?
In terms of films I am a bit of a Marvel nerd – so anything Marvel!
Fav Music?
I like to listen to most UK rap but if you whack on a bit of Magic Radio I wouldn’t complain.
Pet peeve/weakness?
One of my pet peeves is when people do not clean up after themselves. - Nasty.
