Hello, I am Connor, one of the Team Leads at Steadman Brown.
I recruit Salesforce Administrators and Salesforce Managers, as well as Sales and Revenue Operations roles within the Salesforce ecosystem. There are three components to my role: a people manager, a Salesforce head-hunter and a business development specialist.
I joined Steadman Brown in June 2021 after having learnt the recruitment trade working in London, supporting Finance and Accounting professionals in the not-for-profit and charity sectors with a short stint working in Property & Construction recruitment (which wasn’t for me). The Agency I worked for rolled out a new bespoke system in 2020, which happened to be Salesforce… This was my first real interaction with the platform and was the first step in my Salesforce journey without even realising it. Fast forward to today and I am a Certified Salesforce Associate spending every day working with Salesforce experts all over the world!
Over the course of my career at Steadman Brown, I have witnessed the culture and company grow and evolve exponentially! The company consisted of six employees in an office that could accommodate eight at the time I joined. Since then, I have been privileged to be a part of the company's growth to a team of 14 in an office that can accommodate 30 employees (plus a pool table).

What attracted you to Steadman Brown?
What attracted me to Steadman Brown… After having worked in a FTSE 250 Recruitment Agency for a few years I wanted to use the skills I have developed and join a growing business in which I could be part of the development and growth. That is exactly what attracted me to Steadman Brown… I could see how quickly the business was growing and the prospect of being part of that growth was too good to pass up. Not to mention the fact that the office was local to home!
What's the best thing about recruitment?
As cheesy as it sounds… Changing Lives! There is a lot of satisfaction in finding someone the perfect role.
How do you spend your down time?
I love being outside in one way or another being an avid carp angler and amateur photographer. I also “try” to be active whether I am going to the gym, cycling or rock climbing.
Superpower qualities?
If I could choose a super power it would be using 100% of my brain, like in the movie Limitless.
Fav food & drink?
Favourite food would probable be Eggs and Drink would be either Coffee or a cold crisp Lager
Fav film?
Too many to choose from but in the top would have to be Heat with Pacino and DeNiro, Be Cool or the Lord of the Rings/Hobbit saga
Fav Music?
I listen to everything from House and Hip Hop to Reggae and Rock (as well as everything in between)
Pet peeve/weakness?
My pet peeve has got to be People chewing gum with their mouth open and a weakness would be being overly competitive
