Steadman Brown are working with a Global Health Tech business, who are looking to hire a Director of Business Systems, to inherit, review and lead their ever-growing Business Systems landscape, globally.
As the Director of Business Systems, you will oversee a Salesforce dominated BS stack, complimented by various Sales, Service and Customer Success focused applications.
Having implement Salesforce several years ago, Salesforce is primary application for the Lead to Cash process. However they are keen for someone to drive this platform in Business Systems, helping to redefine the architecture and long-term strategy for Salesforce and Business Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with C-level and Snr Management, you will review their existing Business Systems strategy and roadmap, before leading the redesign and subsequent roadmap
- Lead the business through a period of major change, as Salesforce strives to become the Single Source of Truth
- Oversee and continually innovate a suite of Sales and Customer Success focused business systems
- Implement a business systems wider governance and guardrails from work, preparing the business for long term expansion and acquisitions.
- Lead and work with external vendors and partners to deliver change
- Manage a team of Salesforce professionals, including Administrators, Developers and Architects
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Leader
- Strong Salesforce delivery and Architecture experience
- Experienced working with multifaceted teams, across multiple locations
- Strong Stakeholder management, engagement and persuasion skills
