I am working with a leading UK business, an organisation with an exceptional name in the market and are now ongoing a heavily invested Greenfield Salesforce transformation. This will cover multi-cloud implementations and will give the opportunity to work on loads of interesting projects.
They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer experienced in building out Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Web Components on multi-cloud solutions. They are also a heavily integrated business so experience with integrations is key. You will be working across different orgs building out brand-new features and specialising in the Financial Services as well as working on core Salesforce with Sales and Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components across multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Lead the development of new features and enhancements across multiple orgs as part of a large-scale, Greenfield Salesforce transformation.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Ensure best practices are followed for code quality, performance, and security, including peer code reviews and unit testing.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process efficiencies within the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the team’s knowledge sharing and technical standards.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support deployment and release management processes.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience working on multi-cloud Salesforce environments, ideally across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Hands-on experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
