As the Scrum Master for this award winning organisation, you will lead Salesforce initiatives, ensure they follow a defined scrum process, drive agile excellence and facilitate collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee core Scrum tasks alongside an external/third-party scrum team, responsible for coordinating a major Salesforce CRM transformation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment, to meet project goals and timelines.
- Impediment Management, including identifying obstacle and proactively resolving these.
- Coach team members and key stakeholders on Agile best practice and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage tools and document management tools including Jira and Confluence.
- Ongoing reporting on scrum teams delivery progress and new dependencies.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills across all facets of a business.
- Proven experience operating in a Scrum Master position previously.
- Scrum Master certified.
- Experience working on major digital transformations.
- Agile certified.
- Salesforce certifications highly advantageous.
