We are working alongside a Salesforce Powerhouse that specialises in empowering businesses to thrive with Salesforce. As a leading Salesforce partner, they are dedicated to delivering exceptional value through innovation, technical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to their clients.

 You will be speaking with high-level stakeholders and bridging the gap between the technical team and the business whilst designing scalable technical Salesforce solutions. You will work in a collaborative, friendly environment with some very well-seasoned Salesforce Architect to identify and design the technical road map. This role is for someone who loves being hands-on with the code and being client-facing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Salesforce solutions utilising Apex coding and Lightning Web Components. 
  • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. 
  • Optimise existing Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless integrations with other enterprise systems. 
  • Customise Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to support complex workflows. 
  • Maintain and Upgrade existing codebases to stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices. 
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring high availability and performance of the platform.

Experience and Skills:

  • Must have experience working in a Salesforce consulting environment Strong background in Salesforce solution design and implementation, ideally across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience).
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. 
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, middleware, and data modelling. 
  • Previous involvement in end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from discovery to deployment. 
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are highly desirable.
