We are working with a Salesforce Partner looking to hire a Salesforce Technical lead to work with the leaderships team internally to help drive the Technical Team forward and be the go-to for technical solutions.
This Salesforce partner has a fantastic name in the market, they are an Agentforce Partner and regularly hold events/talks in Salesforce HQ. Although they are Boutique size, they work with large household names delivering multi cloud solutions which also include Agentforce implementations.
Being the Salesforce Technical Lead you will have many responsibilities from helping pre-sales with technical solutions, mentoring and guiding more Junior Developers, taking the more complex development work and working with the leadership to help shape and drive the technical delivery team. This role is great for someone who is a Senior Salesforce Developer or Technical Lead who is looking to step into parts of Salesforce Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Salesforce Technical Lead for a team, providing architectural guidance and hands-on solutioning.
- Drive Salesforce best practices, ensuring high code quality and performance.
- Assist with Solution Engineering / Pre Sales Build and Develop POCs Delegate and prioritise workload.
- Help gather technical Salesforce requirements from new and existing clients.
- Provide Salesforce custom development utilising Apex, LWC.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience being client/business facing Designed Salesforce technical Solution based on Business requirements.
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer prior, coding with Apex, LWC Proven experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications and other systems.
- Experience mentoring or guiding more Junior Developers.
- Proven experience working across multi cloud solution.
- Salesforce Data Cloud being a nice to have.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
