We are working with a well very known Salesforce customer who you would have seen or heard of many times in your career. Over many years in operation, they are leaders in their field and have thousand of employees and channels they operate out of. With this, Salesforce is also a huge machine and key component of what they do.
They are revamping the Salesforce org and revamping the Salesforce practice internally and now looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to join them. Ideally someone who has worked with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its latest features. Of course you will be working across the multi-cloud org they have, however the focus currently is enhancing their Marketing Cloud instance and investing heavily in their tech. You will be working next to the leadership team, C suite stakeholders, IT Directors and wider Salesforce team to design Technical Salesforce Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the technical blueprints for Salesforce solutions across the platform.
- Lead the Architecture and Design for the projects and throughout delivery.
- On top of this, provide guidance to the more junior members of the team
- Liaise with key stakeholders.
- Transform business requirements to technical requirements.
- Act as an escalation point for technical and design challenges.
- Review delivered products and work packages to ensure best practice is applied.
- Ensuring that best practice is followed by providing oversight and guidance.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and others.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive Experience within Salesforce Extensive knowledge and understanding with Salesforce engineering strategies.
- Experience in Technical Leadership and driving Salesforce best practice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Have proven experience as a Technical Architect within an enterprise Salesforce Environment.
- Have worked across multi-cloud Salesforce Solutions, ideally incorporating Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Integrations experience across the Salesforce platform and other ERP systems.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility.
- Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architect.
