We are working with a leading UK business, an organisation who have chosen Salesforce as their trusted CRM. The project will cover multi-cloud enhancements as well as working on some niche Salesforce products.

This team continually develop and enhance their internal products products, which are all built out of Salesforce and is dominated by Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud as well as some other niche products. They are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join the business and work on designing and implementing their functions including lots of integrations with 3rd party tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On top of this, provide guidance to the more junior members of the team. 
  • Design and implement integration patterns aligned with Salesforce best practices. 
  • Lead the Architecture and Design for the projects and throughout delivery. 
  • Prepare the technical blueprints for Salesforce solutions across the platform. 
  • Transform business requirements to technical requirements. 
  • Develop robust, scalable solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 
  • Act as an escalation point for technical and design challenges. 
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools using REST and SOAP APIs. 
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce technologies, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and others.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing scalable integration patterns within the Salesforce platform. 
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations with third-party applications. 
  • Extensive Experience within Salesforce. 
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding with Salesforce engineering strategies. 
  • Experience in Technical Leadership and driving Salesforce best practice. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Integrations experience across the Salesforce platform and other ERP systems. 
  • Proficient in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development Experience working on multi-cloud Salesforce environments (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience Cloud). 
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and security best practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II. 
  • Salesforce Application Architect. 
  • Salesforce System Architect.
