Steadman Brown are the exclusive Salesforce recruitment company, to a brand new Salesforce partner in the UK, who are looking to hire a Salesforce Solution Architect to work on Enterprise projects alongside the CTO and wider team. This will also be a chance to help grow and shape the practice and help put in processes.
This UK founded Digital Transformation consulting organisation have built a record in North America and Europe, as one of the go-to Digital Transformation consultancies for the Public Sector, and are now a key strategic partner to Salesforce.
As this new Salesforce power-house ready to launch the practice, they are looking to hire their first Salesforce Solution Architect for their Salesforce practice. The plan is for this person to work across Enterprise level, multi-cloud solutions whilst helping the CTO and Practice lead set the Architectural strategy for the UK Salesforce practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and design enterprise multi-cloud scalable Salesforce Solutions.
- Help define best practices and process internally.
- Work alongside Salesforce and help keep and develop relationships.
- Collaborate with internal and external Salesforce and Technology teams throughout the implementations.
- Assist other members such as Delivery Managers, project Managers with estimations, planning, requirement gathering, risk management etc.
- Keeping up to date with Salesforce latest products, features and ways of working.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect within a Consulting environment.
- Strong experience designing solutions for Enterprise customers.
- Experience leading workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments.
- Deep understand of the capabilities of Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to present to C-suite level stakeholders.
- Ideally you would have worked within the Public Sector.
- Be eligible for security clearance.#
- Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment.
- Architect Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
- Salesforce Certified System Architect.
