I am working with a well-known UK business, who are used by thousands of people daily are enhancing their Salesforce system by bringing in the latest tech Salesforce has released including Agentforce and Data Cloud.
They are now seeking an experienced QA Tester to support the quality and reliability of their Salesforce solutions. This role will focus on establishing and overseeing robust testing strategies across the platform, ensuring all releases meet high-quality standards. You will work closely with developers, SCRUM Masters, and the release manager to implement test automation, manage test cycles, and drive continuous improvement within the QA function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on Salesforce applications.
- Execute manual and automated test cases across multiple Salesforce environments.
- Document defects clearly and track them through resolution using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, workflows, validation rules, and security model.
- Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA methodologies.
