Steadman Brown are working with a leading UK business based in Birmingham, at the very start of their implementation of Salesforce.
This company are looking to hire a Salesforce experienced Project Manager (Contract), to oversee and lead the implementation of a multicloud Salesforce solution. The Project Manager will manage the Salesforce consultancy partner, working alongside the CIO and in-house Salesforce team, ensuring the project is delivered as planned, on budget, scope and time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the implementation of Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, Data cloud, and Agentforce.
- Oversee the migration away from legacy systems to the newly built Salesforce solution.
- Work closely with the Salesforce implementation partner, ensuring their deliverables meet scope and expectation.
- Act as the conduit between the Salesforce partner, and in-house Salesforce development team.
- Lead on change management between existing systems, to the new Salesforce platform.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, on Salesforce implementations / transformations
- Experience working with or for a Salesforce implementation partner.
- Excellent stakeholder management, and change management skills.
