I'm currently working with arguably one of the hottest boutique Salesforce Partners who work on multi-cloud transformations with enterprise customers, particularly within Financial Services.

They are now looking to expand their team by bringing on a Salesforce MuleSoft Lead with a boutique Salesforce Partner background. You will be leading multiple large MuleSoft programmes, working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design customised solutions, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple enterprise MuleSoft programmes across a portfolio of Salesforce customers.
  • Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes and define integration strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Design and own end-to-end integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity and event-driven patterns.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex integration challenges.
  • Define API, security and integration standards covering performance, monitoring and maintainability.
  • Oversee solution design, technical documentation, estimation and delivery planning across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with customers, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of MuleSoft delivery processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks and release management practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior MuleSoft consultants and engineers, helping to grow the integration practice.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering MuleSoft solutions within a Boutique Salesforce Partner environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including API Manager, Runtime Manager, Design Center and Exchange.
  • Experience leading large-scale integration programmes involving Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of API-led connectivity, integration patterns, event-driven architecture and microservices.
  • Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party systems.
  • Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, leading workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, automated testing and release management within integration environments.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, OAuth, security best practices and integration governance.
  • Experience working across the full project lifecycle from discovery and solution design through to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certifications preferred.
