I'm working with a tech company who have created their own product which is used by companies globally. They use Salesforce as the centre of their business function and have Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.

The Salesforce Manager will serve as the SME for sales tools and processes, ensuring support across finance, sales, and delivery teams. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence, driving booking data integrity, and supporting revenue growth through efficient systems and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of revenue operations across Sales, Marketing and Customer teams, making sure everything works together properly
  • Review and improve how revenue flows through the business, from first opportunity through to renewal
  • Lead on commercial pricing, including pricing models, discounting, approvals and margin analysis
  • Work closely with Sales and Finance on deal structure, pricing decisions and commercial governance
  • Own the CRM and related revenue tools
  • Produce reporting on pipelines, forecasts and revenue performance to support decision-making
  • Support new products, pricing changes and go-to-market initiatives from an operational and commercial perspective

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations role
  • Hands-on experience working with commercial pricing, discount structures and deal economics
  • Strong background working with CRM systems
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Finance teams on forecasting, pipeline and commercial decisions
  • Comfortable working with data and producing insights
  • Confident communicator who can challenge where needed and work effectively with senior stakeholders
