I'm working with a tech company who have created their own product which is used by companies globally. They use Salesforce as the centre of their business function and have Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
The Salesforce Manager will serve as the SME for sales tools and processes, ensuring support across finance, sales, and delivery teams. This role is critical for maintaining operational excellence, driving booking data integrity, and supporting revenue growth through efficient systems and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage opportunity setup, troubleshooting, and provide user guidance.
- Oversee engagements/elements configuration and issue resolution.
- Manage Quarter-End Commission processes.
- Set quotas and ensure accurate calculation.
- Create and issue Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs).
- Handle commission accruals and reporting.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Understanding of commission structures and quota setting.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting finance and delivery teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM best practices and data governance.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
