I'm working with a well-known global retail company, which I'm sure you've heard, who have chosen Salesforce as their trusted CRM for their global rollout.

They are looking for a Salesforce Engineer Manager to overseeing the performance, planning, and delivery of team activities, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders, utilizing Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting all aspects of IT deliverables, including those dependent on third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the management of Salesforce development by managing, planning, coordinating and tracking all IT delivery of change requests, projects. 
  • Management of Salesforce development teams internally and externally including line management and involvement of scrum ceremonies, to ensure quality software is delivered to time and budget. 
  • Co-coordinate with product managers, business stakeholders and IT support teams to ensure operational readiness for transitioning projects to business as usual.  
  • Investigate and assess existing and new suppliers by using the agreed requirements and internal/procurement guidelines, including the monitoring of SLAs.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, including planning, coordinating, and delivering change requests and projects. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of leading internal and external Salesforce development teams. 
  • Hands-on experience participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensuring delivery of high-quality software within set timelines and budgets. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with product managers, business units, and IT support teams for smooth project transitions. 
  • Experience in supplier evaluation and procurement processes, including enforcing service-level agreements (SLAs) and aligning with internal governance standards. 
  • Strong understanding of operational readiness planning and project handover procedures into business-as-usual environments.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
