Our client is continuously developing and enhancing their Salesforce practice and is now seeking a skilled Salesforce DevOps Developer to support the growth of their internal DevOps capabilities. This role will focus on strengthening the organisation’s DevOps processes within the Salesforce ecosystem, using tools such as Copado. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments, improve release management, and ensure the stability and scalability of the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Salesforce DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with CI/CD best practices and enterprise architecture.
- Manage and optimise the Copado platform, including setup, pipelines, branching strategies, and integrations.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of DevOps environments tailored to Salesforce applications.
- Provide expertise in Salesforce Security to safeguard data and applications.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Manage SFDC Data to ensure data integrity and availability. Utilise Copado for effective release management and version control.
- Manage and lead large, distributed DevOps teams.
- Provide training and support to team members on Salesforce DevOps tools and processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Copado for efficient release management and version control.
- Hands-on experience of Salesforce DevOps.
- Workbench for managing development and deployment tasks.
- Expertise in CI/CD for Salesforce. Experience in managing large DevOps teams.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing DevOps environments for Salesforce applications.
- Experience in managing SFDC Data to maintain data quality and consistency.
- Experience in case management solutions particularly in financial risk is a plus.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest DevOps and Salesforce trends.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Certified Salesforce DevOps Engineer Copado Certified Administrator.
