I'm partnered with a global tech business who have Salesforce as their trusted CRM, Their projects cover multi-cloud implementations as well as working on some niche Salesforce products.
This team continually develop and enhance their internal products products, which are all built out of Salesforce and is dominated by Sales and Service Cloud but they have Marketing and Data Cloud as well as some other niche products. They are looking for a talented Senior Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team and take projects from initial requirements gathering, solution designing and getting hands-on with programmatic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with Stakeholders to understand and shape technical needs.
- Own solution design and architecture across Salesforce projects.
- Hands-on custom development using Apex and LWC's. Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to client projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2 (preferred)
