Steadman Brown are the exclusive Salesforce recruitment company, to a brand new Salesforce partner in the UK, who are looking to hire a Salesforce CTO to lead the technical direction of their newly created Salesforce practice.
This UK founded Digital Transformation consulting organisation have built a record in North America and Europe, as one of the go-to Digital Transformation consultancies for the Public Sector, and are now a key strategic partner to Salesforce.
As this new Salesforce power-house ready to launch the practice, they are looking to hire a CTO for their Salesforce practice. The plan is for this person to set the Technical and Architectural strategy for the UK Salesforce practice. The Salesforce CTO will be seen as the lead technical expert in the Practice, and support the Practice Director in growing the UK Salesforce practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and oversee all Salesforce Technical Architecture plans, designs and strategies for their customers.
- Design and deliver the overall technical strategy for the Salesforce practice, ensuring the business are at embracing and implementing the latest Salesforce products, and features for their customers.
- Build the Salesforce Technical Delivery team, including recruiting Salesforce Developers, Engineers, Integration and DevOps strategy.
- Define the practices Salesforce development toolkit, including SDLC, DevOps and coding practices.
- Partner with Salesforce to develop leading Salesforce technical solutions for organisations throughout the Public Sector.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect within the Management Consulting space.
- Strong people management skills and experience.
- Outward facing, and confident engaging with Salesforce and client executives.
- Proven experience designing, developing and delivering Enterprise level Salesforce solutions and programmes.
- An advocate for no code, low code approaches to programmes.
- Experience within the Public Sector is highly advantageous.
- Salesforce certifications are key - those on the CTA journey highly advantageous.
- Salesforce Application Architect certified
