I’m currently partnered with a well-established Salesforce consultancy that specialises in the Non-Profit sector. They’ve supported some of the largest charities in the UK and overseas, delivering projects that genuinely shape how these organisations operate and engage with their communities. Their work is known for being practical, mission-driven, and rooted in long-term partnerships rather than quick wins.
They’re now looking to bring a Salesforce Consultant into the team to support the full lifecycle of projects. You’d be involved from initial scope, working directly with clients to understand what they need and shaping the approach. From there, you’ll stay hands-on during delivery, with a strong focus on Flow and other declarative tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops, documenting the client requirements.
- Configure the Salesforce platform through declarative configuration with Flow.
- Working in Non-Profit Cloud environments.
- Liaise between the business stakeholders and the technical teams to ensure complete alignment on solutions.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a consultancy environment as a Salesforce Consultant.
- Strong experience with declarative configuration through tools like Flow working to Salesforce best practice.
- Experience working and getting hands on within a Non-Profit Cloud environment.
- Comfortable in client-facing environments, presenting to key stakeholders.
- Able to manage projects at any given point.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Benefits:
- Private health care.
- Discretionary bonus.
- 30 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays
