We are currently partnered with a manufacturing organisation who have been operating for over 20 years. They are looking for a skilled and competent Salesforce Administrator to improve and grow their Salesforce ecosystem.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be the only salesforce representative and employee in the organisation. You will be the 'bridge' between the organisation and their Salesforce Partner in providing skilled administrative support, liaising with stakeholders and gathering requirements, as well as offering consistent support to non-salesforce users in the company. Day to day administrative tasks also include support tickets, training and user management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce system administration (user accounts, roles and permissions) as well as maintaining system security and system updates.
  • Train non salesforce users on specific features.
  • Lead decision-making between the stakeholders and the organisation while suggesting best practices for the processes.
  • Work with stakeholders in gathering and prioritising requirements.
  • Provide technical support and overseeing troubleshoot issues.
  • Create user guides and documentation
  • Update Salesforce features so that they align with business needs.
  • Support decision-making with accurate and competent data analysis
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business insights.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience using Salesforce (non-profit organisation background is desirable).
  • A clear understanding of Salesforce's main features and products.
  • Data management: Experience with data cleaning as well as importing and exporting relevant information.
  • User management - creating and managing user profiles, roles and permissions
  • Solid experience with reporting and dashboards.
  • Process automation - knowledge of flows and process builders.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
