Óran Lynch
Óran joined our team in April 2026, coming from a background in recruitment. Óran will be focusing on the Salesforce Consultant market at Steadman Brown.
After graduating from university with a degree in Drama, I was keen to pursue a career that was exciting and varied, where each day brought something new. I went on to work primarily in hospitality, and also gained valuable experience through a range of temporary roles.
During my time in temporary roles, I naturally gravitated towards client- and customer-facing positions. While working with recruiters to find the right opportunity, I became interested in recruitment itself and realised it was a career I’d enjoy pursuing. After moving to London, I began working as a recruitment consultant and have enjoyed it ever since.
I was drawn to the opportunity at Steadman Brown, and I'm excited to be part of a larger, collaborative team, while also learning about Salesforce - a completely new and exciting area for me.
