Steadman Brown are working with one of the largest Salesforce customers in the UK, a brand I'm sure you've heard of. They are currently expanding their internal Salesforce team that are working across Sales, Service, Experience, Agentforce, Data360, Marketing and MuleSoft.
The Integration Lead will own end-to-end integration delivery across the the Salesforce estate, leading technical design and creating standards while delivering integrations across MuleSoft and wider enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience in enterprise integration engineering, including MuleSoft
- Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise API architecture
- Experience integrating CRM, ERP and cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of API security and authentication, including OAuth and JWT
- Experience with Azure API Management and/or Azure Integration Services
- Experience with CI/CD and integration deployments
- Proven experience leading technical delivery and mentoring engineers
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience and Qualifications:
- Own end-to-end integration delivery across multiple programmes
- Lead technical design decisions and define integration standards and best practice
- Design and develop APIs and integrations
- Develop and support MuleSoft integrations
- Oversee integration testing, deployment and operational support
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and lead root cause analysis
- Drive improvements in integration performance, monitoring and reliability
- Maintain integration documentation, governance and technical standards
- Act as the technical escalation point for integration issues
- Mentor and support other Integration Engineers
